Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you would like to exchange your unused product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this.
If you are experiencing problems with a product purchased from us and it is within the warranty period, please send us an email at email@example.com to arrange the return. We will have the product checked out and will liase with you thereafter on a way forward. The product warranty does not include physical damage, water damage or any other misusage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
Please note that if the return is not due to a faulty product or due to a mistake on our part that a 5% re-stocking fee is applicable to go towards our expenses on the transaction as well as the original shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the reason for return is our fault we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the customer in full for the original cost of the product and the shipping costs.
When returning your product, you may be responsible for paying postage / courier costs for returning your item.
